As CIRCA's community outreach program, the Educational Simulations Series organizes Model United Nations programs for local high school students at no cost to the school and participants, offering Model UN programs to students who might not otherwise have the opportunity to participate. At these simulations, CIRCA aims to educate students on world events, Model UN processes, as well as parliamentary procedure. The goal of ESIMS is to prepare these students for future, larger conferences, as well as to give them a chance to practice debating and public speaking. ESIMS organizes four conferences annually, held on Columbia's Morningside Heights campus.
