CIRCA's Academic Programs bring distinguished speakers and events to Columbia's Morningside Heights campus. Selected past speakers include:

• Carroll Bogert, Associate Director of Human Rights Watch

• Olanrewaju Shasore, UN political affairs officer to Somalia
